Hayuliang is the Anjaw district headquarters, the third stop on the official Tinsukia-Tezu-Hayuliang circuit: a steep-valley town of Mishmi communities on the Lohit, with the dramatic Walong road (and its 1962 war memorials) heading further.
Best time: October-April.

Permits & season for Arunachal Pradesh
