Bookings with Mapping Memories are confirmed on WhatsApp in writing — plan, price, inclusions and dates — before any payment. This page will carry the full formal terms before our first commercial departure.

Until then, the short version that already applies:

• Every plan and price is confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
• An advance secures your booking; the balance schedule is shared upfront.
• Cancellation terms (below) are shared before payment, not after.
• Permits (ILP and related) are arranged for booked travellers where applicable.
