Bookings with Mapping Memories are confirmed on WhatsApp in writing, plan, price, inclusions and dates, before any payment. This page will carry the full formal terms before our first commercial departure.

Until then, the short version that already applies:

  • Every plan and price is confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
  • An advance secures your booking; the balance schedule is shared upfront.
  • Cancellation terms (below) are shared before payment, not after.
  • Permits (ILP and related) are arranged for booked travellers where applicable.
