Cancellation

Cancellations depend on timing and on vendor commitments (hotels, vehicles, festival-week stays often prepay). Rather than hide that behind a table of invented percentages, we do this:

• The exact cancellation terms for your trip are shared in writing, on WhatsApp, before you pay anything.
• Festival-week stays carry the strictest vendor terms — we flag them clearly at booking time.
• If we can recover a cost, you get it back. If a vendor has genuinely eaten it, we show you where it went.
