Yingkiong is the Upper Siang headquarters on the official Pasighat-Jengging-Yingkiong-Tuting circuit: a small town of Adi and Memba communities, gorge viewpoints and the road onward to Tuting and the great bend country.

Best time: October-April.

Permits & season for Arunachal Pradesh

ILP required for Indian nationals; PAP for most foreign nationals. Arranged ahead of travel; we handle it for booked travellers.
