Stop at

Mosen Viewpoint in December

The sunrise stop on the Zhavame road.

Quick answer. Festival month. Cold nights, clear days, and the whole state points at Kisama. For Mosen Viewpoint specifically, December is inside the short good window, so lock stays early.

Why December here

The roadside viewpoint above the southern circuit: dawn over the Phek ridges before the Kapamodzü climb begins.

Mosen is the viewpoint above Kigwema on the southern highway, where the ridge opens toward the Phek hills. On our Kapamodzü departures it is the Day 2 stop: descend the peak, then Mosen for the valley view, then Kisama next door.
