Quick answer: Force majeure means reroute, credit or refund per policy. The state has never cancelled a full edition.

Part of the booking & cancellation doubts people send us before booking the Hornbill Festival. Everything below is how the trip actually works when you travel with us.

What if our flight or train is cancelled? Free batch/date move within the season where seats allow. The practical fix 90% of the time.

Date changes and transfers after booking? Date moves within December 1–10 are free subject to seats. Name transfers are free up to 72h before travel.
