Is the ₹4,999 Hornbill price final, taxes included?

What exactly is included? All ground transport (Dimapur pickup and drop, every camp↔festival hop), 2 nights at Mapping Memories Camp, all camp meals, entry passes for both festival days, permit handling, a local guide throughout, bonfires and camping equipment.
What is NOT included? Travel to Dimapur, the night rock concerts in Kohima (separate tickets, we arrange), festival-stall food and shopping, travel insurance, anything not in the included list.
