By flight
You are close to the gateway already. Short hop or road transfer into Dimapur, and we pick you up.
By train
You are on the Guwahati–Dibrugarh line already, an overnight into Dimapur genuinely works.

Arrival timing
Pickup batches leave Dimapur at 6:00 AM or 10:30 AM (airport and railway station both). Land by the evening before and we add a night near the station, or land by ~10:00 AM on Day 1 and go straight up the hill. Later than that and you miss the first festival afternoon.
