Arrival timing
Pickup batches leave Dimapur at 6:00 AM or 10:30 AM (airport and railway station both). Land by the evening before and we add a night near the station, or land by ~10:00 AM on Day 1 and go straight up the hill. Later than that and you miss the first festival afternoon.
One change through Kolkata or Guwahati gets Hyderabad to Dimapur in under five hours of flying. The hill drive to Kohima completes the journey.
