Festival-first travel is the region’s best lens: build the year around Hornbill (Dec 1-10), Sekrenyi (Feb), Chapchar Kut (first Friday of March), Bohag Bihu (mid-April), Moatsu (May), Behdienkhlam (July), Tuluni (July), the November run (Nongkrem, Wangala, Tokhu Emong, Raas) and back to December.
Village festivals need local hosts; state festivals need early bookings. We do both.
